Ingredients

1cup alfalfa sprouts
1.5cup cucumber diced finely
1.5cup zucchini grated
1.5cup lettuce chopped finely
4tbls mayonnaise
2tsp Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions
Chop lettuce and cucumber finely, grate the zucchini and add the sprouts and mayo. Mix well and serve.
