Introduction

A good salad to serve with chicken or seafood or on grainy toast topped with smoked oysters,sardines or any topping of your choice. A good salad to serve with chicken or seafood or on grainy toast topped with smoked oysters,sardines or any topping of your choice.

Ingredients

    1cup alfalfa sprouts
    1.5cup cucumber diced finely
    1.5cup zucchini grated
    1.5cup lettuce chopped finely
    4tbls mayonnaise
    2tsp Tabasco sauce (optional)

Directions

Chop lettuce and cucumber finely, grate the zucchini and add the sprouts and mayo. Mix well and serve.
