Introduction

My simple recipe. My simple recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    *Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Green Beans (snap), 2 cup
    Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced

Directions

Put it all in a crock pot, season as you like. I use Mrs. Dash, onion powder, garlic powder, and other no salt flavorings. A little red wine tastes good too. Cook until done, can be 2 hours or all day. Makes about 6 servings
