Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Eggland's Best lg eggs

    1 cup Splenda

    1 cup canned pumpkin

    3/4 cup olive oil

    1/4 cup water

    1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    3/4 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop into muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins.
Bake at 350 for 25 min or until a toothpick, inserted, comes out clean.
