Directions

Preheat oven on 325. To grease the cake pans I like to use pan spray on dark cake pans, then I take a piece of paper towel to wipe off the excess.

Combined, cake mix, water, applesauce, pudding mix, egg whites in bowl Mix on low speed for 30 seconds then blend 2 mins on medium speed. Put the cake mix in 2- 9in round pans.

Cook time
34 Mins on 325 degrees.

Test the cake with a toothpick to see if it is done if the toothpick comes out clean. Then let the cake cool for about an hour.

Frosting
Prep
Combine milk and pudding mix into a bowl and beat for two minutes with a wire whisk set pudding mixture in the refrigator for 5 mins. Take the mixture out of the refrigator and fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until its nice a smooth.

Frost the cake using a cake spatula. You can eat right away or set in the refrigator and eat later.

Absolutely Delicious! But I did have a ton of the "frosting" left. The kids ate it and I added more to each piece as I ate it. but will make again and again. - 1/29/10

I know it doesn't something happened in the process of me doing it and I don't know hoe to fix it to make it correct. If you know how could you please tell me so I can fix it. Thank you. However, according to my nutritionist this is healthful option for cakes.
