BUTTER GARLIC GRILLED CHICKEN

Introduction

This is a quick and extremely flavorful recipe.
While I recognize this isn't extremely low in calories if served with a healthy portion of steamed red potatoes or vegetables its still makes a nice meal. You can use boneless skinless chicken if you like, but it truly doesn't hold the flavor.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 Small Chicken Breasts, Bone & Skin on
    3 TBSP I Can't Believe its not Butter Light, Melted
    1 TBSP Garlic Salt Divided
    2 tsp Pepper Divided

Directions

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of the Garlic Salt over the tops of the breasts as well as rubbing some under the sking
Sprinkle 1 Tsp Black pepper over the top
Add remaining Garlic and Pepper to melted Butter Spread
Over Medium heat on the grill, place breasts on skin side down first
Turning every 5 minutes for 20-30 minutes, to desired doneness, basting entire breast after each turn.
