Black Bean Dip

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Goya Black Beans, 2.5 cup (2-15oz cans) rinsed & drained.
    Lime Juice, .5 fl oz (1Tbsp.)
    White Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Coriander, 1 tsp
    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper - seeded & chopped
    Pepper, black, to taste

Directions

Saute the onion in the oil until the onion softens. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add these and the rest of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Regrigerate. Makes 10 - 1/4 cup servings.
