These pancakes are so yummy, they are creamy, not heavy, but very filling!! Low Fat, only 67 calories and almost 3 g of protein per pancake!

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 Medium Bananas
    1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1 cup Rolled Oats (finely ground in blender)
    1/4 cup Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 cup All Whites Liquid Eqq Whites

Directions

1. In a blender - puree the bananas, milk & vanilla.

2. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, and baking powder.

3. In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites to soft peaks.

4. Fold the banana puree into the dry mixture. Then fold the egg whites into mixture.

5. Use a 1/4 measuring cup, drop batter into a heated non-stick pan.

Makes 15 yummy pancakes! Enjoy!
