Ingredients

    * *Barilla Mini Penne, 16 oz (remove)
    * Feta Cheese, 16 oz (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)
    * Phyllo Dough, 16 oz (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Milk, 3.25%, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Boil the macaroni al dente. Drain the water from the macaroni. Crumble the feta and mix with the milk, eggs and macaroni. Use a brush to grease a 10 x 14 pan with butter. Add 6 layers of phyllo dough greasing each layer with butter. Add 1/3 of the feta mix and add 2 layers of phyllo greasing each layer with butter. Add ½ of the feta mix and add 2 layers of phyllo greasing each layer with butter. Add the remainder of the feta mix and fold in all the layers of phyllo neatly. Top with 6-7 layers of phyllo greasing in between each layer with butter. Grease the topmost layer generously with butter and brush the top with a little bit of milk. Optional, sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese
