Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Egg Subisitute
    Sliced bananas and strawberried
    Diced pineapple
    Walnut pieces or halves
    1 tbsp. of honey

Directions

I started making this at home after I had it at a local diner. Makes one Omelete. Spray a pan with no calorie cooking spray. Cut up fruit and set strawberries and bananas aside. Pour the egg substitute into the pan along with the pineapple. Cook omelet as usual. Top with strawberries, bananas, walnuts, and drizzle with honey. I love this for breakfast or dinner, and its so sweet and yummy, it feels like a real treat!
