Absolutely wonderful! My husband had seconds, then thirds. This recipe is super easy to adapt to your wants and needs also. Sodium? Use fresh veggies. Corn or beans not your thing? Use your favs. Love cheese? Add grated cheese to your potatoes when you mash them. Yummy! Thank you! - 1/5/11

  • Is it a misprint that you only need 3 oz of ground beef? I used 1 lb of lean hamburger meat & it seemed just right. Delicious, by the way!! - 7/6/11

  • This sounds great and easy! I will try it!

@Bobbi09 - if you substituted fresh or frozen corn & green beans instead of the canned, it would cut the sodium and you could have some, too! - 4/18/09
