Ingredients

    1 C Almonds
    1 C Sunflower seeds
    1 C Lentils
    2 Tblsp. garlic
    1 Tblsp. ginger
    2 Tblsp. Tamari (soy sauce)
    2 Tblsp. Flaxseed
    1 Tblsp. Chili Powder

Directions

Soak lentils, seeds & nuts for 3-4 hours. Drain for 1 hour. Put all together in food processor. Make into burgers (7) and place in a dehydrator or oven on warm for 4 hours.
