Campbell's two-step pork chops

Introduction

This (obviously) is a recipe from Campbell's - but I make it all the time. This (obviously) is a recipe from Campbell's - but I make it all the time.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    4 pork chops, 1/2" thick (ingredients above say 1 lb of pork chops - I couldn't find 4 pork chops)
    1 can Campbell's Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

Add soup & water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.

Serves 4.

Also great with Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup, with 1/2 cup milk instead of water--but this would add calories.
