Introduction

Adapted from a recipe I found in a First Nations cookbook. Just add some veggies for a complete meal. Adapted from a recipe I found in a First Nations cookbook. Just add some veggies for a complete meal.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    200 grams of cooked potato (mashed, with nothing added)
    1 can of crabmeat (drained; 110 grams)
    1/3 cup finely chopped onion
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp olive oil (for frying)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add to hot oil in fry pan. Flip carefully, cooking both sides until browned.

Serve with diced tomatoes if desired.

Makes 2 LARGE patties
