454 grams whole wheat noodles
1 cup low sodiumchicken broth
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp raw cane sugar
1 tsp vegetable oil
515 grams pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
225 grams mushrooms, sliced
225 grams snow pea pods
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
In large skillet, heat oil over high heat; add pork and cook until no longer pink.
Add onions, mushrooms and snow peas. stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes.
Add broth mixture and bring to boil.mix cornstarch with water . In pan, push solids aside, pour in cornstarch and water and stir until thickens. Toss in the noodles.
