Introduction

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups mixed spring greens
    2 tablespoons Newman's Own Light Honey Mustard
    1/3 cup grape tomatoes
    1/4 cup jicama matchsticks
    3 ounces steamed large shrimp, cut into halves
    1 tablespoon real bacon bits
    1/3 of an avocado, diced
    1 tablespoon chipotle salsa

Directions

Toss greens with dressing, then add all remaining ingredients except salsa. Toss gently, spatter salsa on top and serve.
