Introduction

Add olive oil to pain, stir fry onions, peppers. When almost done add spinach. In bowl combine eggs, egg whites and milk stir til well mixed. Add veggies to frozen whole wheat crust, add shredded cheese and top with eggs. Bake in oven for 30 - 45 minutes. Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup2% shredded cheese
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped peppers
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup tomatoes
    spices, example nutmeg, dill
    1 frozen prepared whole wheat pie crust

Directions

Remove crust from freezer. Stir fry onion and pepper in olive oil. Add spinach the last minute. Mix eggs, egg whites and milk in bowl. Mix well. Add veggies to crust top with cheese pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 325 for 30 - 45 minutes. Top with tomatoes the last 10 minutes.
