1/4 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen, thawed
1/2 cup Strawberries, fresh, cut into halves
1 tsp. Honey
1/2 tsp. Pure Lemon Extract
1 tsp. Slivered Almonds
2) Add washed fruit.
3) Dizzle honey & sprinkle almonds on top.
*Calories counts might vary depending on brand of ricotta used. I use Sorrento.
*Also, you can use fresh blueberries, but around me, the frozen are so much cheaper! Just make sure the ingredient list only says "Blueberries."
