Ingredients

    # Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    # Spinach, fresh, 2
    # Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, chopped
    # green onion,2 stalks chopped
    # Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium chopped
    # Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1/4 cup, chopped
    # Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1/4 tea
    # Lemon Juice, 2 wedges
    # *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1
    # Dill Pickles, 0.25 cup, chopped with some juice for moisture
    # Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
    # Jalapeno Peppers, 1/4 pepper depending on taste

Directions

This makes three small plates. Drain tuna, cut and chop all ingredients. Combine all ingredients except spinach in a bowl. Divide spinach on three plates, then divide tuna mixture between the plates. I used air popped popcorn instead of crackers.
