Homemade Protein Bars

Ingredients


    • 8 scoops whey (any flavour you prefer)
    • 3 cups oats
    • 1 package sugar-free, fat-free pudding
    • 2 cups skim milk

Directions

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and spread in the bottom of a pan. Place in the fridge overnight and cut into 12 individual squares the next morning. These are great snacks for before or after exercise.

  • Try mixing the protein and pudding mix together first, then adding the milk. Once those are completely mixed add Quick Oats instead of Rolled Oats. This helped firm the bars up for me. - 2/1/11

  • Agreed. These were pretty mushy when I went to the fridge in the AM. I put them in the freezer and they were much better, almost like ice cream. They taste great, but you have to eat them at home. Definitely not a portable protein bar. - 3/13/10

  • A little soft, I also added flax for extra good fats and 6 tsp of sugar free peanut butter syrup. Put in freezer instead of fridge and held together much better. THESE TASTE AWESOME and my 2 year old thinks they're candy!! - 4/28/09
