Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Thomas' Light Multigrain English Muffins
    Cooking spray
    1 slice turkey bacon
    1 egg white
    1/2 slice Kraft Free American Cheese singles
    1 thin slice onion
    1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise

Directions

For one serving:

Slice English Muffins in half and pop in the toaster.
Coat small skillet with cooking spray
Cut turkey bacon slice in half and cook over medium heat. Add egg white (discard egg yolk) and fry until done.
Cut cheese slice in half and a place on one side of muffin when it comes out of the toaster. Spread Mayo on the other side. Place egg and bacon on top of cheese to melt. Top with onion.
Enjoy!
