Kim's Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

    Sara Lee, Delightful Wheat Bread, 3 slices, -grated into crumbs
    Egg, fresh, 1 large, beaten
    1/8 c Flour, white,
    1 jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce roasted garlic,
    1 1/2 cWeight Watcher's Reduced Fat Mozzarella,
    2 TParmesan Cheese, grated,
    2 Chicken Breast, halves,bone and skin removed
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    pam

Directions

preheat oven to 350
PLace chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound thin. Cut each breast into 2 pieces.
Spray pan with pam. Add oil. Heat over med-hi.
Dip chicken in flour. Then in egg, allow excess to drip off. lay in crumbs and press gently to help crumbs adhere. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown on each side.
Coat bottom of 8x8 cassersole with sauce. Top with 2 of the prepared breast halves. Top with 1/2 remaining sauce, 1/2 mozz, and 1/2 parm. repeat with remaining chicken. PLace in oven and cook 30-35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. serve with whole grain bread and green salad.
