1/2 pound of boneless, skinless chicken strips 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs 1 egg whites, beaten 1/2 tsp black papper 1/4 tsp cayenne papper salt (optional; to taste)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow bowl, blend the breadcrumbs with seasonings. Toss chicken with egg whites then dredge in crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through.
