Ingredients

    Spicy 3 pepper salsa, 4 tbsp
    Minced garlic, 4 tsp
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Grilled Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Frozen shrimp, 9 oz
    Chili Beans, 1 can
    Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce, 1 jar
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 small
    Frozen Onions, 1 bag
    Frozen green bell peppers 1 cup

Directions

Lightly spray a deep pot with oil and brown onions and peppers. When almost browned, add minced garlic to your liking.

Drain and rinse beans. Add diced tomatoes in juice to deglaze the pot and add remining ingredients.

Consider adding chili pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to full out the flavor.

Let simmer for about an hour and serve.
Most people have their preference for a starch with chili. If you are looking for suggestions, a nice whole-wheat spaghetti or a yolk-free egg noodle would go nicely.
