Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 pound beef liver, cut into strips
    1 green pepper cut into strips
    2 lg tomatoes , cut in to wedges
    1 lg onion, chopped
    4 strips low salt bacon. diced and fried. save bacon drippings
    1 cup Beef stock
    1 tablespoon itailion seasoning
    Seasoned flour for dredging liver( 1/2 cup flour,1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning. 1/4 tsp black pepper)

Directions

fry bacon, remove. to drippings add liver and fry until just about done 15 minutes, add veggies stir fry till tender, add broth and italion seasoning and bacon. cook until thicken adding more broth if needed. serve over steamed rice.

You can sub beef strips for the liver.
