Slow Cooker Cheesy Sour Cream Hash BrownsSubmitted by: PUCKYGIRL
40 oz. Shredded Hash Browns (2.8 lbs)
2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 10.75 oz. of cream of mushroom soup
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine soup, sour cream and cheese in medium bowl. Mix well.
Pour half of potatoes into slow cooker.
Top with half of the soup mixture.
Repeat layers. Spread soup mixture evenly over top.
Cook on low 3.5-4.5 hours or until the potaotes are tender and cooked through.
