Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients

    1/2 TBSP butter
    1/4 chopped onion
    1/2 TBSP wheat flour
    1 cup milk, non fat
    1 C corn kernels
    100 grams skinless, boneless, chicken, cooked and chopped
    1 medium potato diced
    Thyme
    Salt and pepper
    Vegtable bullion

Directions

Saute onion in oil. Add flour mix until smooth. Add bullion, vegtables, and chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are soft. Add milk and bring to a boil. Enjoy.
