Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 cup sliced carrots, 1/2 medium onion, 1 clove garlic, 2 tbsps butter, 1 tbsp bisto diluted in water, 1 tsp mustard, water

Directions

Melt two tablespoons butter in a skillet or heavy bottomed pot, add diced onion and garlic, and let simmer for 2 minutes, add in chicken thighs and let brown on both sides, slice cherry tomatoes in hald a let simmer, add in mustard and salt and pepper to taste, then add in carrots, pour in water and let simmer until chicken is cooked through. Dilute one 1bsp of bisto or whatever gravy browning you prefer, add to mixture. This is a dish that the longer you let cook, the better, how much water you use and how long you cook is up to you, just make sure the dish never runs dry or the chicken will burn.
