Turkey in Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp quick tapioca
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 lbs Turkey breast, boneless & skinless
    4 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles (3/4 cup per serving)

Directions

1. In slow cooker combine ketchup, brown sugar, tapioca, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cinnamon. Place turkey on ketchup mixture.
2. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 hours. Transfer turkey to a serving dish. Place cooking liquid in a small bowl and skim off fat. Serve with noodles.
