Introduction

These are just a nice change from your ordinary meatballs. While these are baking, I prepare the pasta and sauce. These are just a nice change from your ordinary meatballs. While these are baking, I prepare the pasta and sauce.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 pound ground sirloin
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 oz. grated parmesan
    1 cup onion minced
    1 cup green pepper diced
    1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
    2 large egg
    1 tbs crushed fennel
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix everything together, but ground beef. After all are mixed add beef. Mix beef lightly so that the meat balls will be light. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes. Every time I make this recipe it makes a different amount of meatballs. I just take the total amount of meat ball and divide by five.
