Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Introduction

Cheap and EASY to make for lunch or dinner! Serve with Fat-Free or low-fat Pringles, some cucumber slices or carrots and you have a complete meal! I used thin sliced roasted-garlic Artisian bread, but this recipe calls for doing one large sandwich on French bread loaf and then slicing into individual portions. • AMAZING!! My husband LOVED it. He said it was better than he's ever had in any restuarant! Used steak rolls and added some minced garlic and chopped onions. Cooked on HIGH for 5 hours and meat was falling apart. Used thin round steak. Next time will double the recipe bc it only made 3 sandwiches. - 6/2/10
