Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook **Rice-a-Roni -Chicken Flavor, 24 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Basil, .5 tbsp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
Brown rice a roni according to package directions in large pan. Add 2 cups of water, seasoning packet and cubed chicken. Bring to boil then reduce to low heat, cover for 10 min. Add diced tomato, basil and broccoli and cover over low heat for additional 5 to 10 or until most of the liquid is absorbed (I found that 5 additional min was plenty, but it's a matter of preference). Sprinkle cheese over and serve.
