Tilapia with Basil Gnocchi

Ingredients

    1 cup Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi (premade)
    2 4oz Tilapia filets
    .5 tsp Olive Oil
    10 basil leaves, plus 1 tsp dry
    12 grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
    2 cloves garlic, plus 1 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup fresh mushrooms pieces or slices
    2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Start a larger pot of water boiling for gnocchi. In a non-stick pan saute garlic, mushrooms, and basil in a dab of olive oil for about 5 minutes. Move to one side and place tilapia fillets in heated pan. Season with dried basil and garlic powder. Drop 1 cup gnocchi into boiling water. Flipping about every minute, fry tilapia 4-5 minutes over medium heat. When gnocchi float to the top remove from water.
Top gnocchi with the sauted mushrooms and basil and fresh grape tomatoes. Sprinkle entire dish (gnocchi and fish) with lemon juice before serving.
