1 cup Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi (premade)
2 4oz Tilapia filets
.5 tsp Olive Oil
10 basil leaves, plus 1 tsp dry
12 grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
2 cloves garlic, plus 1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup fresh mushrooms pieces or slices
2 tbsp lemon juice
Top gnocchi with the sauted mushrooms and basil and fresh grape tomatoes. Sprinkle entire dish (gnocchi and fish) with lemon juice before serving.
