    1 whole wheat english muffin
    1/2 c spinach
    1 slice cheddar cheese
    1 slice tomato


scramble egg whites, on 1/2 of the english muffin put 1/2 c spinach, on the other 1/2 of english muffin put cheese. Place under broiler till cheese is melted. add egg and slice of tomato.
