Thai Chicken and Rice

Introduction

Spicy and sweet main entree. Spicy and sweet main entree.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 pkg TJ's Thai-Style Lime Rice
    2 TBSP A Taste of Thai Sweet Red Chili Sauce
    6 oz TJ's Just Chicken - Chunks

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together, cover with small opening to release steam and microwave on high 4 minutes, uncover, stir well, recover and microwave ~ 2 minutes. Microwave times will differ depending on the oven used.

OR

1. Mix pilaf w/ 1 TBSP Sweet Red Chili Sauce and microwave ~ 2 minutes.

2. Saute chicken in the remaining Sweet Red Chili Sauce to heat.

3. Mix pilaf and chicken together, microwave ~ 1 minute and let sit ~ 5 minutes then serve.

Add Thai Sriracha sauce (Garlic Chili Pepper sauce) to taste
