half large onion
1c chopped bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Put the yams, garlic, olive oil and onion in the oven to roast at 375 degrees
Add the bell peppers about 5-7 min before the yams are cooked to keep them a little crispy.
Add maple syrup (the real stuff) or honey if you want to satisfy a sweet tooth (the calorie calculation doesn't include the sweets)
