Tuna Casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb box elbow macaroni
    2 (6 oz) cans of tuna packed in water OR 1 big can (well drained)
    1 can Campbell's 98% fat-free cream of mushroom OR cream of chicken
    2 cups skim milk
    4 tbsp Smart Balance Light buttery spread
    1 can of mushrooms (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil macaroni on the stove until el dente. Drain. Combine macaroni, tuna, soup, and mushrooms (optional) in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Plop butter on top in four separate plops. Pour milk over top. Cook in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir. Cook 20 minutes. Remove and stir.

Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
