    * *Flat Out Multi-grain pita, 1 serving
    * Feta Cheese, 1/8-1/4 cup, crumbled
    * Spinach, fresh, 1/3 cup
    * fage Nonfat Yogurt, 1/8 cup
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cherry
    * Onions, raw, 1/8 cup, sliced
    * Kalamata Olives, Black, Pitted - 2.5

Directions

slice tomatoes and olives into thin slices/pieces. Wrap it all in the wrap. Yogurt helps act like a glue to hold wrap together. Helps if you spread the yogurt on one side and put fillings on the other side.
