This is my husband's absolute favorite meal. I add some Tapatio to make it spicier, but it's perfect otherwise. - 5/25/10

I made this with some leftover rotissery chicken meat and used no sour cream (not a fan...). It was absolutely tasty and totally satisfied my casserole craving. Warm and cheesy... - 2/7/10

  • Made for the family tonight, husband would have liked it a bit spicier, 6yr old wasn't the biggest fan! I thought it was good, the sauce is pretty strong. I think some extra texture of another vegetable would be good and maybe a medium salsa. I will save the recipe and make again! Thanks for sharing - 9/6/10

  • I used a salsa that had some chunky tomatoes, black beans and corn in it, came out great. Would recommend cutting chicken into very small pieces...and you could even make just the chicken/sauce and wrap in tortillas for enchilada tacos. Thank you. - 2/6/10
