1/4 cup canned salmon - wild caught Alaskan
1 medium potato
1 medium sweet onion
1 7 inch carrot
1.5 cups bottled water
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. garlic powder
1/2 cup bottled water
1 cup whole raw milk
sea salt to taste
Add 1 cup of whole milk just before serving. Add sea salt to taste. Makes 3 1- cup servings
