1 naval orange peeled and broken into sections -use 1 cup
1/2 banana sliced
1 cup seedless grapes
1 - 6 oz container of 'lite' yogurt any flavor
1/2 cup frosted mini-wheat cereal
Peel and slice 1/2 of a medium banana
Wash 1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup frosted mini wheats ...crushed
Mix together all fruits with the container of yogurt.
Spoon into serving bowl or individual parfait glasses. Top each serving with 1/2 of the crushed cereal eat immediately!
* If only using one serving, this keeps well in the refridgerator covered for a day. However reserve the crushed cereal in a baggie until serving to maintain the 'crunch!
