Directions

For my machine, I put all the liquids in first, including the butter. Measure all dry ingredients except yeast, in a bowl and mix together. Add to the machine, add yeast last (your machine may have a different order of ingredients).
Set machine on dough, when cycle completes, empty onto a floured surface. divide into 2 portions. Knead each for a few minutes and form into loaf shape. put into grease pans. I use 1.2 qt. glass loaf pans.
Please in a warm draft free place covered with a towel and let rise at least to the top of the pans, 30 to 45 minutes. put in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until a nice golden brown. remove from pans onto wire racks, cool completely before wrapping.

15 minutes active prep time, 30 to 45 minutes inactive prep time
