Meat Loaf the old fashioned way

Introduction

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Place mix in an 8x4 loaf pan. Put in preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.If you desire onions and garlic may be used in place of the powders remembering to adjust nutritional values.

Prep time 10 minutes

Ingredients

    1.5 pounds of 93% lean ground beef
    1 cup quaker Oats
    3 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 large egg
    1.5 cup Ragu plain spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder

Directions

Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool about 5 minutes. Drain off any grease. Makes 8 1 inch slices.
