Introductionfor sandwiches for sandwiches
2 12.5oz cans of chicken packed in water or leftover rottisere chicken.
light mayo, mustard and relish
garlic powder and pepper to taste
scallions diced and celery diced small
boiled eggs chopped fine
In another bowl mix together mustard mayo and relish, then add to chicken mixture. Blend well and enjoy.
I like to put this on Ezekiel bread which is not included in the calories.
