Doug's Quiche

Ingredients

    4 Eggs
    2 Cloves Garlic
    2 Onions
    1 cup milk
    .5 tbsp basil
    1.5 cup broccoli
    1 frozen pie crust
    3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Carmelize onions and garlic with olive oil. Add basil and frozen broccoli. Cook until broccoli is cooked to your liking.

Combine eggs and milk and whisk together.

Place pie crust in pie pan. Layer cheese, then onion mixture, then pour over milk/egg mixture. Grate parmesan cheese over top. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until crust is brown and center no longer 'jiggles'
