Ingredients

    3 cups of elbow macaroni
    1 small onion
    3 tbsp of light mayo.
    1 cup chopped tomato
    0.5 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

Directions

cook pasta until soft, about 8-10 minutes in boiling water...
dump into colonder, rinse with cold water....
put in large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients, and stir...
