1 cup chopped onion
2T becel light margarine
5oz low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of mushrooms
.33 cups of sundried tomatos
.25 cups of shredded parmasean cheese
3-4 cups of chopped fresh spinach
2 cups of whole wheat pasta
Add cream cheese and milk. Stir til cream cheese is melted. You may add basil, salt and pepper if needed.
Add mushrooms, tomato's and parmeson cheese until mushrooms are soft.
Add spinach. Keep stirring until spinach has shrunk in size.
Add pasta. serve and enjoy
