15 oz. Canned Pumpkin
8 oz. fat free Cool Whip (thawed)
1 package (1 oz.) Jell-O sugar free Cheesecake pudding (mix only)
1/2 T. Ground Cinnamon
1/4 T. Ground Nutmeg
*You may want to adjust the amount of spices to suit your personal taste, you may also substitute pumpkin pie spice.
Serve with sliced apples for a healthy treat. You can also make cinnamon chips by baking tortillas spritzed with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkled with cinnamon and Splenda until golden brown (cut into wedges with a pizza cutter).
