Spanish Okra

Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice
    1 pkg okra
    1/2 chopped onion
    3 tbsp margerine
    1 canned diced tomato
    1 tbsp chili powder
    hot sauce to taste

Directions

Makes 5 - 2 cup servings
Cook rice and set aside
1. cook okra and onion in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Drain and transfer okra and onions into a large skillet and combine the rest of the ingredients. Use hot sauce to taste. cook on medium heat for 15 minutes
