Catalina Chicken Stir-fry

Submitted by: KLARSEN1839

Introduction

I call this Catalina stir fry because that's what the original recipe was called, as I got this recipe from a Kraft magazine and it called for Catalina salad dressing, but I prefer the Wishbone Western dressing. • You can change the flavors by changing the dressing and/or spices. Thanks - 8/30/09

  • I make this with Catalina dressing, but no garlic powder and I love it! My fave veggies to put in are cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. I also put in two chicken breasts and 2 full cups of veg and make it into 4 servings with 1 cup cooked brown rice each-less calories per serving. - 7/11/09
