Avocado Basil Mayo

Ingredients

    1 ripe avocados, cubed

    1.5 Tbsp. of fresh basil leaves

    1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    1 tsp. lime juice

    1/2 garlic clove, peeled and minced

    sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine basil, garlic, and a pinch of sea salt in a small food processor and blend until ingredients form a paste.
Add avocados and process until smooth. Blend in oil and lemon or lime juice, and then season with salt and pepper.
Makes 2-4 servings.
